1. From the Library home page, click on the Books/Media icon at the top of the page (also found above).
2. To find a thesis or project by department, search first by entering the following in the main search box and then use the "Resource Type" limiter on the left-hand side of the results list to select "Theses and Dissertations":
thesis [department] CSUF
project [department] CSUF
thesis education CSUF
project music CSUF
3. To find a thesis by a particular individual, search first by entering the following in the main search box and then use the "Resource Type" limiter on the left-hand side of the results list to select "Theses and Dissertations":
first name, last name
4. Traditionally, CSUF theses and projects have been physically located on the 5th floor of Library South, starting with the call number LD729.5 C973, and then arranged by discipline and author. (Please note: Due to the temporary closure of the stacks in the south wing of the library, items that have not been relocated to the north wing of the library may be retrieved using the library's paging service.)
The Dissertations & Theses database also has an online collection of work by CSU Fullerton graduate students. One way to access this database is by clicking on the "Databases" icon at the top of the Pollak Library home page (also found above) and then clicking on the letter D to access the list with the link to Dissertations & Theses.
Once in the Dissertations & Theses database, you may do a search by entering the following into the first search box:
sch(California State University Fullerton)
Results may be narrowed by topic using the "Subject" limiter located on the left-hand side of the results list.
