You may click on the "Advanced Search" link located to the right of the main search box in OneSearch to do a title or author search.
- For a title search, select the "Title" option from the "Any field" drop-down menu located to the left of the first search line. If desired, select the "is (exact)" option from the "contains" drop-down menu also located to the left of the first search line.
Example:
a room of one's own
Before running the search, you also may select the "Books" option from the "Material Type" drop-down menu located to the right of the first search line. Alternatively, you may run the search and select "Books" under the "Resource Type" section on the left-hand side of the results list.
- For an author search, select the "Author/contributor" option from the "Any field" drop-down menu located to the left of the first search line.
Examples:
woolf, virginia
virginia woolf
After running the search, you may refine results as needed by making the appropriate selection(s) from the "Author/Creator" section on the left-hand side of the results list.
