We advise Interlibrary Loan users to allow adequate time for request verification, processing, and delivery to and from lending libraries. Requests are usually filled within three to seven business days, while some items (such as articles delivered via email) may arrive more quickly.

Some rare or difficult to borrow items (such as textbooks) may take longer to fill. Depending on the nature of the material requested, these items may take up to two weeks or longer to arrive. Books, for instance, must be sent via post rather than electronically. We are committed to exhausting every possible lender and filling requests expediently as possible for our students, faculty, and staff.
