This is a known issue we're working on. The navigation menu sometimes loses the proxy info. Try the solutions listed below.

  1. Ensure the URL includes: lib-proxy.fullerton.edu  example: https://chronicle-com.lib-proxy.fullerton.edu/section/Home/5
  2. If the proxy info is missing, you can add it manually or select articles directly from the main content instead of using dropdown menus that are known to cause problems
  3. You can create an account with your fullerton.edu address to log in from anywhere, including the iPad app, without this problem
