This is a chronic problem that we're working to address. Unfortunately, the navigation menu at the top loses the proxy info.
Make sure the part of the URL is in the address bar (ex: and it should work. You can always add it in if the navigation loses it, or just click into the section you want and choose the articles from the main body - it's only the dropdown menus that cause this problem.
Alternatively, you can create an account with your email address and can log in from wherever and not have the problem, including with the ipad app.
