Our microfilm and microfiche are primarily located in the basement of Pollak Library North. In order to see if our library owns the item that you are looking for you can use our library catalog and search by Keyword or Title. Set the sort option to 'Periodical (Print/Online) Newspaper Only' in order to limit the results to periodicals and microfilm. If our library owns the title, copy down the call number and use the elevators to go down to the basement. The microfilm cabinets are arranged around the perimeter of the compact stacks.

In order to view the microfilm, we have standard reader/printer machines in the basement that can be used to view and print. We also have one reader that has the ability to scan to multiple formats (PDF, TIFF, etc.) and can be saved to a USB.  This reader is located on the 4th Floor North next to the large desk in the middle of the floor.

If you need assistance with the microfilm readers please don't hesitate to ask.
